Lakers Announce Roster for California Classic July 6-10 and NBA Summer League

The Los Angeles Lakers have announced their roster for the upcoming California Classic in San Francisco held July 6-10 and NBA Summer League in Las Vegas from July 7-17.
The Lakers have begun filling out their Summer League roster with Exhibit-10 signings, which are one-year, non-guaranteed contracts that can be converted to two-way deals if the player makes the team's final roster.
The Lakers' Summer League roster includes:
- Scotty Pippen Jr., G, 6'3", 185 lbs., Vanderbilt
- Shareef O'Neal, C, 6'10", 225 lbs., LSU
- Mason Jones, G, 6'4", 200 lbs., Arkansas
- Trevelin Queen, G, 6'6", 190 lbs., New Mexico State
- Taze Moore, G, 6'4", 185 lbs., Cal State Fullerton
The Lakers will open the California Classic against the Sacramento Kings on July 6th. They will then face the Miami Heat on July 7th and the Golden State Warriors on July 8th.
In the NBA Summer League, the Lakers will play five games, beginning with a matchup against the Detroit Pistons on July 7th. They will also face the Boston Celtics, Portland Trail Blazers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Lakers are hoping to use the Summer League to evaluate their young players and make decisions on their roster for the upcoming season.
